Before Dispatch

Orders can usually be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched from our warehouse.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact our support team as soon as possible with:

• Name
• Registered Mobile Number

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation is approved before dispatch and payment was already made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
