At Valley Fresh Organic, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal in food and wellness products, returns and refunds are subject to certain conditions for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned.

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

You may contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged package
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was defective or leaked during transit
  • The item was missing from your order

To request support, please share clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delay caused by courier or unforeseen events
  • Opened or consumed products
